1. Introduction — About This Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between jbdyy platform ("Platform", "Website" or "Service") and any person ("User" or "Player") who accesses and uses it. By visiting jbdyy.bet, registering an account, or playing games, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not continue using the platform. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, and any changes will be announced by a notice posted on the website.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

4. Deposit Terms

Deposit methods available at jbdyy include KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks.

  • The deposited funds must belong to the account holder. Deposits made in a third party's name are not permitted.
  • Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes and may not be used for any financial or money transfer purposes.

5. Withdrawal Terms

  • Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit.

6. Bonus and Promotion Terms

6.1 Welcome Bonus

Players making their first deposit at jbdyy can receive a 120% bonus on the deposit amount, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks.

Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before any winnings generated from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 44,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 24,000 Ks × 25 = 600,000 Ks.

Example — if you deposit 520,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 300,000 Ks (maximum), giving you a balance of 820,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

  • The individual terms of each bonus, as stated on the promotions page, take priority.
  • Bonuses cannot be cashed out, exchanged, or transferred.
  • Each player can receive the Welcome Bonus once only. Reopened accounts are not eligible for a second bonus.
  • If jbdyy suspects that a bonus is being exploited, jbdyy reserves the right to cancel that bonus.

7. Player Conduct and Prohibited Actions

The platform must be used honestly and fairly. The following are strictly prohibited—

  • Playing with funds that do not belong to you (money laundering).
  • Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated playing technology.
  • Deliberately exploiting bonus mechanics to gain an unfair advantage (bonus abuse).
  • Collaborating with other players to manipulate odds or outcomes (match fixing).
  • Harassing or abusing staff, customer support team members, or other players.
  • Attempting to hack or damage the platform's systems.

If any of these violations are detected, jbdyy may close the account without prior warning and forfeit any remaining balance.

8. Fraud Prevention and Financial Security

jbdyy is committed to anti-money laundering and anti-fraud practices. As part of that policy—

  • Any player may be required to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
  • Suspicious transactions may be reviewed based on deposit amounts and playing patterns.
  • Data may be shared with relevant authorities when legally required.

Withdrawals may be suspended pending a money laundering investigation, with no supporting documentation provided during that time — this is a legal requirement, not a loss incurred by the player.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by the Player

A player may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded via the original deposit method.

9.2 Closure by Us

jbdyy may suspend an account immediately due to a terms violation, failure to complete KYC, or any legal reason. Any remaining balance (where it meets the applicable conditions) may be returned once the investigation is complete.

9.3 Responsible Gambling — Self-Exclusion

A player may apply for self-exclusion at any time. A protected account cannot be reopened before the exclusion period ends. jbdyy is not liable for any losses that occur as a result of circumventing that protection.

10. Limitation of Liability

The jbdyy platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for—

  • Losses resulting from a player's luck or playing decisions.
  • Failures or delays by third-party payment services.
  • Game interruptions caused by a player's internet connection (disconnection).
  • Losses due to server latency or scheduled maintenance.

If you wish to dispute a game result with valid grounds, contact customer support within 24 hours — disputes raised after that period cannot be investigated.
