Responsible Gambling —
Stay in Control
Gambling is meant to be fun. Find the tools and guidance jbdyy provides to help make sure it stays that way.
jbdyy's Responsible Gambling Policy
Playing at jbdyy is designed to be a fun and relaxing experience. That said, we understand that gambling can lead to negative consequences. That is why we have measures in place to help every player stay in control of their gambling and spending.
Responsible gambling means only playing with money you can afford to lose, setting time limits, and treating gambling as just one form of entertainment in your life. Gambling to try to recover money you have lost is the most dangerous mistake you can make — if you feel yourself doing that, it is time to seek help.
You must be 21 or older to use jbdyy. Minors, people with known gambling problems, or anyone who has applied for a gambling exclusion are not permitted to play.
Tools to Protect Yourself
Deposit Limit
You can set your own maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Lowering the limit takes effect immediately; raising it takes 24 hours to apply.
Time-Out
If you need a break, you can request a time-out of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which you cannot play. You can still log in to your account during that period, but you will not be able to place any bets.
Self-Exclusion
If you believe gambling has become a problem, you can self-exclude your jbdyy account for 6 months, 1 year, or longer. You cannot cancel this yourself — it stays in effect until the period ends.
Loss Limit
Set a maximum amount you can lose in a day, a week, or a month in advance. Once that amount is reached, your gambling activity stops automatically.
24/7 Support
For any gambling-related question, you can reach jbdyy's 24/7 live chat in Burmese. You can discuss your personal situation in confidence and get advice from trained staff.
Child Protection
Keep your jbdyy account secure with a password so no one in the household can access it. Do not leave your device unattended where children could accidentally get in.
Signs to watch out for with problem gambling
If you notice one or more of the following signs in yourself, be aware that a gambling-related problem may be developing.
- Continuing to play in the belief that it will recover money already lost
- Feeling the need to hide your gambling from family and friends
- Trying to limit the money and time spent on gambling but being unable to do so
- Feeling restless when not playing, and constantly thinking about gambling
- Changing the ways you find money for gambling and who you turn to — borrowing money, asking people who would normally say no, and so on
- Noticing yourself falling behind on work, relationships, and everyday responsibilities
- Feeling low, anxious, or sad after gambling, and believing that only gambling will make it better
